2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. Our current delivery estimates are as follows:

• Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. Most customers receive their orders within approximately 8–13 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through our carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
